At Piano, I led optimization projects that improved subscription experiences for top publishers like Forbes, Fortune, and Business Insider. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to put data-driven strategies into action, refining customer journeys and boosting conversions. From intelligent pricing to personalized offers, I helped clients adjust their subscription models to better meet their audience’s needs. My main goal was to simplify processes and support teams in delivering results that drove both engagement and revenue growth.

 

Piano’s proprietary likelihood modeling:

While at Piano, I worked with developers and customers to create, optimize, and roll out the proprietary machine learning algorithm LTx, to predict customer behavior and tailor user experience. LTx encapsulated LTS and LTC (Likelihood to Subscribe & Likelihood to Churn). This took rigorous testing and training and was a collaborative effort between Piano and our partners to release a reliable model that clients could validate with data. I partnered with clients like Business Insider, The Daily Beast, Fortune, and Inc Magazine as part of our beta testing program to test and roll out new features like LTx.

I managed software implementation projects for big-name clients like Forbes, Fortune, and Inc. Magazine, making sure everything went smoothly as they transitioned to the platform. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to match technical capabilities with client needs, kept projects on schedule, and tackled any obstacles along the way.
